Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit* (Rights reserved). You supply your own Groq API key (free from console.groq.com) and use EcomAiBridge with no billing or credit card required.
Does my store data go to your servers?
No. EcomAiBridge reads directly from your store's database and all analytics are stored in a SQLite file on your own server. We never receive your product data, orders, or customer information.
Can I upgrade from Free to PRO at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime. Your PRO license key is generated instantly after payment — no waiting, no manual process.
What happens when my PRO license expires?
Your store reverts to Free tier limits automatically. Your settings are preserved so when you renew, everything is restored instantly.
is EcomAiBridge available as a Plugin?
Yes! EcomAiBridge is available as a WordPress plugin (install from WordPress.org — learn more) and also as an OpenCart plugin for V3 & V4 (learn more). Both plugins give you native settings pages inside your admin panel. We will inform when plugins for other platforms are introduced.
Is the PRO license valid for multiple domains?
No. Each PRO license is valid for one domain/installation only. If you need to use EcomAiBridge on multiple stores, you will need a separate license for each domain. For agencies or hosting providers needing multi-domain licenses, please contact us for Agency & Hosting Plans with special pricing.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on PRO license purchases, provided you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have made a genuine attempt to resolve any technical issues with our support team. Refunds are not available after 14 days of usage or if the license has been used on the permitted number of domains.
Can I transfer my license to another domain?
License transfers are generally not permitted. Each license is domain-locked to the store domain you provide during registration/upgrade. If you need to move your store to a new domain, please contact our support team with proof of ownership for both domains, and we may be able to assist with a one-time transfer (subject to approval).
What kind of support is included with PRO?
PRO license holders receive priority email support with faster response times. Support covers installation assistance, configuration help, troubleshooting, and guidance on using advanced features. We do not provide custom development or modifications to the core software as part of standard support.
How long do I receive updates for?
PRO license holders receive all updates for the duration of their active license period. When you renew your license annually, you continue to receive updates. Free edition updates are provided at our discretion and may not include all new features.
