Verify the chat widget
Open your storefront. The AI chat widget should appear bottom-right. Once you see it, you're ready to upgrade to Pro.

Do I really need the free plugin?
Yes. Pro is an overlay add-on, not a standalone plugin. The free plugin handles the chat widget, base settings, rate limits, and the WooCommerce catalogue read. Pro layers premium features on top. Both must be active.
What happens if my Pro license expires?
Free continues running with its default single-provider chat and default branding. Your storefront chat never goes down. The moment you renew, all Pro features re-activate — your knowledge base, branding, and settings are preserved.
Can I use Pro on multiple sites?
One license is locked to one domain. If you run multiple WooCommerce stores, you'll need a license per store. Get in touch if you need multi-site licensing for an agency or franchise — we'll work something out.
How do I receive updates?
Once Free is on WordPress.org, it auto-updates from there like any other plugin. Pro updates are delivered through WordPress admin via our update server, using the license key you entered on activation. No manual downloads required.
What's your refund policy?
AI-generated responses vary by nature — the same question can yield different phrasings or product picks across sessions. Refund requests based on AI variability are not covered (see Terms §8.3, which you'll acknowledge at checkout). For genuine technical defects we can't resolve, get in touch.
Is my API key data safe?
Your LLM API key is stored server-side in your WordPress database. It's never sent to our servers and never exposed to the browser. Chat requests go directly from your site to your chosen provider.
Does it work without WooCommerce?
No. The free plugin requires WooCommerce — the AI reads your catalogue through Woo's product API. If you don't use WooCommerce, take a look at our standalone version instead.
